Reward Mechanics
We work within the crypto space so we understand why people are drawn to new projects, and now Airdrops are an expectation at this point. That being said, even though that is exactly what this is, we would rather call them rewards. Airdrop seems so dry and impersonal. You don't know the dev, but maybe you bought an NFT at mint hoping for it to grow in value, and when it does you are delivered profit, and if lucky an Airdrop. We hope to deliver bother. Starting with our Reward mechanics. Or another way of saying that, How our rewards work.
6 Gorillas walk into a bar...

The Genesis collection has been minted, and we will conduct a "duck race" to determine the "Lucky 6." The group that will participate in this race are those of you that minted a Special card which holds or contain any of the follow identifiers.

The "Lucky 6" gorillas selected will receive their share of the 15% net profit from the Hex Gorilla Genesis Collection mint. The requirements to claim your share are easy and should easy to ensure your entry.
  1. 1.
The obvious is you have to have one of the special cards that fit within the categories above
  2. 2.
You must have joined the communities' Discord , and you will need to have posted your mint in our # show- your-true-colors channel
  3. 3.
Upon announcement of the winners, and if you are one of those lucky gorillas, you will dm gorillanixon#6373 or WtpK14#4863 for final verification
  4. 4.
Inline with transparency, and full-disclosure, any and all mods are also considered eligible for this reward. Each and everyone of them were minters before joining the family. Any issues that may arise from that can be directed at gorillanixon#6373 . But if they happen to win the drawing, and before you direct a grievance at me directly, know this. The mods in our server were literally the first people to mint. In fact, one of them minted the first one from the collection. I would hope everyone would understand how deserving that would be of special recognition. They do not have any more or less chance than most of you, and in some case very little chance considering we have several entries who minted their full 5.
  5. 5.
If for any reason a winner can't make it to the "Duck Crawl" we will use to decide the winner, the ceremony will be recorded and posted in a manner that all can view. I will note that all winners have 48 hours to claim their reward. An @everyone and a tweet will be sent to ensure that the rightful recipients are given notice.
  6. 6.
Finally, if a prize winner does not want to participate or refuses to take their award (as bizarre as that may sound), they have two options. They can either put it back into the community in the form of boosts, bots, enhancements, and team workspaces like Slack, Notion, or Coda, or they can use it to do anything they want with it once they are rewarded. This includes donating to The Angel Protocol as well as any other charity or organization they think worthy of their support. The only criteria for any individual who does not want but receives their reward is that they cannot return any funds given.

Although there are a lot of specifics in terms of "First 10³ " and "Lucky 6⁴ ", those are initial adopters that just jumped on the project at launch, and although many of them have shown a complete commitment to the projects, others have stopped their support at their minting. Any and all contributions mentioned going forward that apply to these or any other group are not required to be a part of the Hex Gorilla community. That being said, to make this community a success, it is going to take all of our combined resources in terms of time and effort to get to where we want to be. Stick with us, engage with the community, and then support us in any way you know how. The benefit will be undeniable by the success we all have moving into Phase Two.

That being said, our ethos is a core transparent system and changes will only be made based on the changing situations or unforeseen circumstances that can affect the mission in place.
